Noah Hobbs is an At-Large City Councilor and the current Duluth City Council President. He is a Duluth Economic Development Authority Commissioner, board member of the Lake Superior Zoo, Visit Duluth, PAVSA, CHUM, 1200 Fund and the Northern Lights Express City of Duluth Representative.
Noah has an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Hamline University. He has been heavily engaged with the League of Minnesota Cities and has served on several policy committees such as the Improving Service Delivery and Improving Local Economics Committee, in addition to co-chairing a statewide task for around Transportation Network Company regulations.
Noah is an avid baseball fan and outdoors-man. He is married to Tricia Hobbs whom he met in college while attending UMD. Together they live in West Duluth where they have been home owners and active neighbors since 2012.
